Account Closure & Self-Exclusion
You may request account closure or temporary self-exclusion at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Temporary self-exclusion periods range from 7 days to 6 months. Upon permanent closure, no new logins are permitted. Outstanding balances will be processed according to our withdrawal policy. Active bonuses will be forfeited upon closure.
Deposits & Withdrawals
